Terms of Sales

Article 1. Purpose

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between "Paillettes & papeterie" and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website. https://www.paillettes-papeterie.fr/. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site https://www.paillettes-papeterie.fr/ is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit to these general conditions of sale. The company "Paillettes & papeterie" reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Article 2. Products

The products offered are those that appear on the site https://www.paillettes-papeterie.fr/ within the limit of available stocks. The company "Paillettes & papeterie" reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description including its main technical characteristics (colors, use, material, etc.). The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way. There may be slight differences depending on the brightness, saturation and contrast of the different settings of the screens/browsers/etc. The sale of the products presented on the site https://www.paillettes-papeterie.fr/ is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.

Article 3. Rates

The Products are supplied at the current prices listed on the website https://www.paillettes-papeterie.fr/ when the order is registered by the Seller. The sales prices indicated are prices excluding VAT, the Seller being a self-employed business, is subject to VAT exemption and must invoice its sales excluding tax.
The prices take into account any discounts that may be granted by the Seller on the site https://www.paillettes-papeterie.fr/ . These prices are firm and not revisable during their period of validity but the Seller reserves the right, outside the period of validity, to modify the prices at any time. The prices do not include processing, shipping, transport and delivery costs, which are charged in addition, under the conditions indicated on the site and calculated prior to placing the order. The payment requested from the Customer corresponds to the total amount of the purchase, including these costs.

Article 4. Order and payment terms

It is up to the Customer to select on the site https://www.paillettes-papeterie.fr/ the Products that he wishes to order, according to the following terms:

  • To place an order, the consumer, after having filled his virtual basket by indicating the selected products and the desired quantities, then clicks on the “Proceed to checkout” button.
  • He will be asked to fill in his email address and then complete the Delivery information necessary for the correct dispatch of his order: country of dispatch, title, first name, last name, telephone number and Delivery address.
  • Before clicking on the "Confirm order" button, the consumer has the possibility to check the details of his order and its total price and to return to the previous pages to correct any errors or possibly modify his order.

  • The sale will only be considered valid after full payment of the price. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the order and to immediately report any errors.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The price is paid by secure payment, according to the following terms:

  • payment by credit card
  • payment via PayPal

The price is payable in cash by the Customer, in full on the day the order is placed. Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode using the protocol defined by the approved payment service provider involved in banking transactions carried out on the site https://www.paillettes-papeterie.fr/ . Payments made by the Customer will only be considered final after the Seller has actually collected the amounts due.
The Seller will not be required to deliver the Products ordered by the Customer if the latter does not pay the price in full under the conditions indicated above.

Article 5. Reservation of ownership

The company "Paillettes & papeterie" retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including principal, costs and taxes.

Article 6. Withdrawal

According to the terms of article L221-18 of the Consumer Code “
For contracts providing for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the period runs from receipt of the first good.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the Customer by sending an email to the seller at contact@amandine-rochette.com with:

  • Order date
  • Order number
  • Order receipt date
  • Name, address and email of the Client
  • And by expressing the desire to withdraw by specifying the Products concerned

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted. Return costs will be borne by the Customer.
The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions set out in this article.

Article 7. Delivery

The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order process. Delivery is deemed to have been made upon delivery of the product to the carrier. "Paillettes & porcelaine" undertakes to process and ship each order within 3 to 8 days following the order date. The delivery times mentioned on the orders are only indicative and cannot give rise to any cancellation or claim for damages related to a delay or any other cause. The delivery slip provided by the carrier, dated and signed by the buyer upon delivery of the product, will constitute proof of transport and delivery. Upon delivery, the buyer must check the contents, conformity and condition of the product(s). In the event of damage or missing items, the buyer must:

  • Please notify us of your reservations by specific and dated email within 6 working days of receiving the products.
  • In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return the item under the conditions set out in this document.

Article 8. Warranty

All products supplied by the company "Paillettes & papeterie" benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the company "Paillettes & papeterie" which will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to contact@amandine-rochette.com, within 14 days after delivery.

Article 9. Liability

The company "Paillettes & papeterie", in the process of distance selling, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be incurred for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

Article 10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site https://www.paillettes-papeterie.fr/ are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company "Paillettes & papeterie". No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use in any capacity whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of photo, logo, visual or text.

Article 11. Personal data

The company https://www.paillettes-papeterie.fr/ undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which he would be required to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning him is subject to the provisions of law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has a right to access, modify and delete information concerning him.
